These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the store and website operated by Saycure Worldwide, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you accept these Terms.

The Services

Saycure Worldwide is a store powered by Shopify. The Services are provided to offer you, as a customer, a personalised shopping experience. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services, in particular where a limited series is sold out.

Products and Availability

• ADA ODJII VI$ION and ADA ODJII VI$ION 2 are sold as a limited series of 100 units.
• Product images are indicative; slight variations may occur between units.
• Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and may change at any time before an order is placed.

Orders and Payment

Orders are placed and paid for through the secure Shopify checkout. Payment details are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and a confirmation e-mail has been sent. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity, or of an evident pricing error.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery is free within Switzerland; international rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services, and to keep your account credentials confidential. All brand names, logos, texts and images published on the Services remain the property of Saycure Worldwide and may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation.

Privacy

The processing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict regarding the collection, processing and disclosure of your personal information, the Privacy Policy prevails.
