The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in countries other than your country of residence. In addition, we use certain enhanced Shopify features that combine data from your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with Shopify. In those circumstances, Shopify is the controller of your personal information, including for requests to exercise your rights for those purposes. To learn more, see Shopify’s consumer privacy policy.
Third-party Websites and Links
The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. We recommend reviewing their privacy and security policies. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of those sites, including the accuracy, completeness or reliability of their information. Information you provide in public or semi-public spaces, including on third-party social platforms, may be visible to other users. Including these links does not in itself imply endorsement.
Children’s Data
The Services are not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children who have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information, you may contact us using the details below to request deletion. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we are not aware of “sharing” or “selling” (as defined by applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16.
Security and Retention of Your Information
Please note that no security measure is perfect or impenetrable and we cannot guarantee “perfect security”. Information you send to us may not be secure while in transit; we recommend not using insecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
How long we retain your personal information depends on several factors, such as the need to keep it to manage your account, provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce any applicable contract or policy.
Your Rights and Choices

- Objection to processing and restriction of processing: you may ask us to stop or restrict processing of your personal information for certain purposes.
- Withdrawal of consent: where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can exercise these rights where provided on the Services or by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and you may appoint an authorised agent, subject to proof of authorisation. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not penalise you for exercising these rights.
